Message: Dear Music Boosters, I am a long time resident and mother of three boys in the Kinnelon school system, all of whom have derived enormous benefit from the excellent music education our schools provide. Yesterday every music teacher in district received RICE letters notifying them that their jobs are in jeopardy due to the budget cuts. Since the school budget was rejected by voters the next steps are in the hands of the Boro Council. The Council is planning to have a community meeting soon to get input. I urge you to write the Council and come out to the meeting in support of maintaining our music programs in the schools. Message: i was the recipient of this scholarship. i just wanted to say thank you sooo much!! i have been using the scholarship to pay for my books and lab fees. i am not attending castleton state college in vt. i invite you all to come check it out. our first production is philadelphia here i come on sept 19-21st. the next production is you can't take it with you and im the ASM. im not sure when that opens yet though. but i believe in october or november. thank you again!!! -Marcy de Ferrari

She will perform at the American Choral Directors Association Convention
