· WHO are the Kinnelon Music & Performing Arts Boosters? Membership is open to anyone who is interested in supporting the purpose and objectives of the Boosters and in particular, any parent with a child(children) who are active in the Kinnelon Schools Music & Performing Arts Programs and Extra-Curricular Activities. Every community member is welcome to join the Kinnelon Music & Performing Arts Boosters.
· WHAT could I help with as a member of the Kinnelon Music & Performing Arts Boosters? There are a number of activities to be supported such as: Website creation & maintenance, Promotion and Publicity, Choir and Band Events, Fall Drama and Spring Musicals, Talent Shows, Road Trips, Scholarship Committee, End of year Awards Dinner, Annual Music & Arts Festival and much, more.
· WHEN does Kinnelon Music & Performing Arts Boosters meet? The Boosters will have their next membership meeting on January 23, at 7:30pm at the Kinnelon High School Media Center (Library - 2nd floor). The Boosters will meet on the 3rd Wednesday of every month while Kinnelon schools are in session. Meetings are as follows:
February 20th, 2008 / March No Meeting / April 16th 2008 / May 21st 2008
· WHY should I become a member of the Kinnelon Music & Performing Arts Boosters? There are no dues; membership at the monthly meetings is not mandatory (although everyone is welcome and encouraged to attend). What is needed for the Boosters to be able to support the music teachers and our kids, is every parent to provide some assistance with any of the activities and tasks. The Boosters will be most effective when every parent volunteers and commits to assisting with one or more of these activities, as their time and conditions allows them.
